    • Cancellation before 30th of April 2025, registration fee will be refunded with the exception of a handling fee of 50€ (VAT Incl).
    • No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 1st May 2025.
    Cancellation requests must identify the participant’s name, e-mail address, and the amount paid.
